        Exam Registration Guide

        p
        • At Würzburg, you have to register for exam separtely in order to attend the exam
        • This is a seperate procedure as course registry, you need to do it in addition
        • Course registry is communicated with Prof. Jochen Krauß before the exchange semester and he will register the course for you

Step 1: Go to Wuestudy (https://wuestudy.zv.uni-wuerzburg.de)

Step 2: WueStudy platform requires a multi-factor login procedure: using your official WueLogin account credentials via the ‘Zur Anmeldung’ interface. Confirm your identity on your registered mobile device (e.g., via biometric verification or numerical confirmation) when prompted by the security interface (see pic below).

Step 3: Now you’re logged in into WueStudy. Go to “Mein Studium” and click on “Studienplaner” or you choose it directly in the main page (see pic below).

Step 4: You will be able to see your registered course here (see pic below).

Step 5: Exams are marked with a red and yellow medal symbol (see pic below). Click on the green button (‘Anmelden’) to start registering.

Please always pay attention to the registration periods for the exam! To be eligible for the exam, you must have attended the seminar and must not exceed the permitted number of absences (20% and medical certificate required).

Step 6: Sometimes WueStudy asks you to confirm that you have read, understood, and accept their instructions. Accept and finish the exam registry.
